Should you find a defect in materials or workmanship within 1 year of your purchase,
we will gladly replace your signs. This does not apply to changes to the approved design
after signs have been produced, signs or material used for a purpose not intended by the
manufacturer, or products that are lost or stolen after delivery. We continually upgrade our equipment to provide the highest quality. longest lasting signs. This may result in slight variaition in color, material or finish over previous orders.
Every computer monitor and printer shows colors slightly different. Color matching can only be
guaranteed if Pantone color numbers are supplied and a Pantone Matching Fee (usually $20) is itemized on
your invoice. All other orders are subject to standard colors that we offer.
Guarantee does not apply to improperly installed signs.

Care and Handling information. At no time will our liability exceed the cost of the goods purchased. You are responsible for determining the suitability of using our products for your intended purpose.
Unused stock items such as blank magnet, can be returned with a 15% restocking fee.
Rush service or a specific shipping date can be arranged based on workload. Be sure any agreed shipping date is specified on your order.
Shipping charges incurred can not be refunded for any reason. We can not guarantee DELIVERY DATE as this can only be controlled by the shipping company.
If premium shipping is paid for and the shipper does not perform, we will work with you to get a refund of shipping costs. We can not be held responsible for the shippers errors. We will pay GROUND postage ONLY for any mistakes or ommissions by us when reshipping to you. Postage for returning products to us is at the customers expense.

BANNER - Nylon reinforced outdoor vinyl material with grommets, usually decorated 1 side
DECAL - Printed design on solid sheet of adhesive vinyl, usually white
COROPLAST - Corogated 1/8in. plastic sheet, 2 year outdoor life, usually printed 1 side
ALUMINUM - 0.019in. thick Painted aluminum sheeting, usually printed 1 side
