Sure do. Our standard price is for 12x24 inch signs but we can make most any size, any shape. From business card size up to 24" by 48".
Oval, round, square, oblong, cut to shape - you name it. Just specify the size on your design form. Pricing ranges from $25 to $150 depending on size. You can see the price using our on-line designer.
Yep! We can make a single sign - no problem. The price for 1 sign is 60% of the pair price.
Sure do. If you're ordering 3 or more pairs of the same signs, we will apply a discount to your order as follows:
- 3 Pairs - Less 10%
- 6 Pairs - Less 15%
- 10 Pairs - Less 20%
- 25 Pairs - Less 33%
- Larger Orders - Please call or email
Yes, we offer a standard 15% discount to those in the industry who resell our signs. Printshops,
Ad Specialty, MLM and many others profit by offering our product to their customers.
Additional discounts are available to resellers and graphic artists that supply artwork files ready to

Our design work is done in CorelDRAW® 12, but we can use most any format. The file formats we use most in order of preference are:
- cdr - CorelDRAW® (convert TEXT to curves)
- eps - Postscript
- ai - Adobe Illustrator® (MAC) (convert TEXT to outlines)
- wmf - Windows Meta File
- gif - Bitmap
- jpg - Bitmap
- bmp - Bitmap
- tif - Bitmap
We may not have the resources to read the contents of other graphics programs. Fortunately, most of those programs will export in one of the formats above.
Please remember to convert any text to curves - Our FONTS are probably different than yours.
We can print most any digital file that you send us including photographs and complex artwork. You can read more

We list the standard pricing for our signs. Additional time or materials involved in typesetting, formatting artwork, retreiving files and fonts, scanning, color matching, etc is billed at $30 per hour. Artwork charges are one time, - once paid, YOU own the artwork for any future uses.
You may want to use the design from your magnetic signs for printing and ad specialties. We will be glad to furnish the artwork in any of these formats:

We sell many types, sizes and colors of magnetis sheeting.
We don't ask for your credit card info on our web order forms. When you submit your order form,
we will finalize the layout. We will email you a final proof design with information
telling your how to pay for your signs once you are satisfied with the design. Of course we
take VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PAYPAL and checks.

Our preferred shipper is UPS for the 48 continental states. We provide tracking info on all orders shipped with UPS. For Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO
we ship using US Mail - Priority - but due to their lack of reliable tracking, we cannot provide any tacking assistance for US Mail.
At this time we ship only to US addresses - We do not ship to Canada. APO & FPO are Okay.

Typically we have 1 full time person assigned to answer phone calls and 3-4 persons making and filling orders. The others take phone calls as their workload permits. We post our 800 number on the website but reaching us by telephone can be difficult due to the volume of calls we get.
In order to keep our prices low and to keep deliveries on time we can not simply hire more persons to work the phones. To be quite frank, the telephone is a very expensive way for us to do business compared to the internet.
Difficulties in providing unlimited telephone support:
- a) It is very difficult to "explain" a design and even harder for us to envision the picture you have in your mind - a picture is worth 1,000 words. We absolutely MUST send you a proof design for your approval before making an order.
- b) Verbal conversations give us little written documentation - it is very hard to decipher notes or remember all the things we discussed during a phone conversation. A written email allows us to copy/paste and clearly review all that you requested.
- c) Telephone time takes 100% attention of our staff - basically we must stop work to answer the phone. While answerring emails, we can pause to feed stock into our printer and keep other machines running. This keeps our costs down.
- d) We've found that returning calls is even less productive - waiting on hold and playing phone tag is very costly to you and us.
- e) Typicaly we can answer 3-4 email inquiries in the amount of time it takes to answer one phone call.
Although we try hard to provide a high level of service, we are basically a discount shop. We can point to many shops charging 2 or 3 times what we charge for similar proucts. At those rates they can afford to spend an extra 10 to 20 minutes on the phone. Heck, they stand to make an extra $100 on the sale. We've considered raising our prices and hiring more phone people, but that wouldn't be fair to our core clients who have been so loyal in helping us continually grow over the last 11 years.
Instead, we've invested a great deal of time and money to provide the latest tools on our website to assist you in creating your design and ordering our products online. If you find that these tools do not work for you, please feel free to type your message into an email and we promise to answer it quickly. We try very hard to answer simple questions in one hour or less and simple design issues 2-3 hours. Complex design issues and very involved custom quotes can take 24-48 hours to be answerred. We often spend evenings and weekends asnwerring inquiries. Thanks for understanding.
